    •  10 ounces plain chocolate
    • 4 ounces unsalted butter
    • 4 large eggs
    • 4 ounces hazelnuts
    • 1 tablespoon vanilla essence
    • 4oz Agave syrup
    • 1 cup semisweet chocolate chips
    • 1 cup all purpose flour
    • ¼ tablespoon salt

This recipe takes little over 30 minutes to prepare the most amazing and yet healthy chocolate brownies you've ever had. The reason for the healthified factor here is due to the use of Agave syrup instead of sugar. The Agave syrup was introduced at first in Mexico, gaining a lot of popularity in recent years and spreading all across America and even Europe.   The Agave syrup is made out of the Agave plant which is native in the land of Mexico. Hence the main benefit of Agave syrup is that it won't have such a dramatic impact on your blood sugar level as white sugar, and it also contains just a third of the amount of calories, making ideal for people who care about their health, want to keep a good weight balance and a healthy hearth.

  1. Preheat the over to about 350 degrees Fahrenheit. Line a 9-inch baking pan with lightly buttered foil.
  1. In a mixing bowl, beat the Agave syrup with eggs and salt with an electric mixer until it becomes a thick mixture, then stir in vanilla and flour.
  1. Melt the chocolate along with the butter in a double boiler over simmering water until it becomes smooth, while steering it frequently.
  1. Now it’s time to combine the chocolate, butter mixture and the hazelnuts. Stir them all together while adding the chocolate chips.
  1. Pour the chocolate mixture into the prepared nine inch tin. Place it into the pre-heated oven and bake it for around 25 minutes. The top should become firm, but the inside should fees soft when properly cooked.
  1. Cool out the tin. Remove the brownies and cut them into squares.
